I recently stayed at Hilton Club Elara Las Vegas, spending five nights in a newly upgraded room which had fantastic views, but my experience was marred by a mandatory marketing presentation. I found the location to be excellent, but the lack of room cleaning during my stay and the absence of breakfast options were quite disappointing. Overall, there were some shining moments, but the downsides really impacted my trip. 😔

I loved the upgraded room on the 60th floor - it was amazing and had stunning views! However, without consistent cleaning, it lost some charm over time.
Service

The staff was generally accommodating. However, I found the pressure to attend a time-shared marketing meeting very off-putting, especially after a long day of travel.

While there was a Starbucks on the premises, the service was incredibly slow, taking 30 minutes for just a simple coffee. I was expecting more breakfast options.

There were decent facilities, but with no daily housekeeping and no room cleaning throughout my stay, I felt that maintenance could have been improved.

I enjoyed the upgraded rooms on the 60th floor, which were spacious and well-designed. However, my experience was marred by a confusing marketing tactic regarding a meeting that just added stress to my stay. I also found the lack of daily room cleaning disappointing, which impacted my overall comfort during my visit.

The Premium One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed was fantastic. the views from the 60th floor were amazing. However, I would have loved to have had regular cleaning services during my 5-night stay.

The front desk was friendly, but I felt overwhelmed by the marketing pitch upon check-in, especially since I had two small kids with me. It made the arrival experience less pleasant than expected.

The lack of room cleaning during my stay was frustrating. I had to call the front desk for basic necessities like toilet paper. I expected more from a Hilton hotel.

However, the hotel’s marketing tactics upon check-in were frustrating, especially after a long day of travel with kids. Plus, I found the lack of room cleaning during our stay to be quite disappointing.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Hilton Club Elara Las Vegas. The upgraded rooms were fantastic and offered great views, but the service left much to be desired, particularly with the mandated marketing meeting that felt intrusive. I really appreciated the hotel’s location, which was convenient, but the lack of basic amenities like breakfast and room cleaning was disappointing.

I stayed in a Premium One-Bedroom King Suite with a Sofa Bed and the upgraded design on the 60th floor was impressive. The room was spacious and comfortable, although it could use some dusting on arrival.
Service

While the staff was friendly, the marketing push upon check-in for an 'optional' meeting felt forced and was quite frustrating, especially with two small kids. The front desk's justification for the deposit was baffling, leaving a sour impression.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast offered in the hotel, only a Starbucks with sluggish service. It took 30 minutes just to get a simple coffee, which was not ideal.

While the hotel offered some good facilities, the lack of housekeeping services disappointed me. I felt that basic room cleaning should be a standard service during a 6-night stay.

I recently stayed at Hilton Club Elara Las Vegas, and while the location was fantastic, I had some major issues during my stay. The fact that there was no room cleaning for six days and I had to call for basic amenities left a sour taste. Plus, the Starbucks inside had super slow service when I just wanted a quick coffee to start my day.

Dining

Dining options were limited since there was no breakfast available, and the service at the Starbucks was really slow.
